We recognize the needs of guests with disabilities, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, and continue to make every effort to comply with State and Federal accessibility regulations and accommodate guests with disabilities. The arena has been carefully designed to meet the needs of our guests with disabilities. Convenient ground-level access to CenturyLink Center is available at the northwest entrance, where patrons can use an elevator if necessary. Also, a wheelchair ramp is located on the north side of the main entrance.
On the northwest side of the arena there are 51 accessible parking spaces which are available for our guests with disabilities. Vehicles legally using disabled license plates or window cards are permitted to park in these designated spaces.
For your convenience, accessible ticket windows are located on the Event Level and Concourse Level. CenturyLink Center recommends that guests with disabilities purchase their tickets in advance to obtain desired seat locations. Wheelchair seats that are not purchased during an advanced sale period (which may vary depending upon the event) may be released for sale to the general public.

A service is available to provide door-to-door transportation for disabled guests who are unable to use MTS buses. For more information and prices on these services please call Medical Transportation Services, Inc., 2120 Carlton Street, Shreveport, LA 71103, (318) 222-5358.
A public elevator is available at the northwest Event Level entrance to make the facility readily accessible for all guests.
Assistive Listening Devices
Headsets and receivers for our FM hearing assistance system are available, at no charge, at the Customer Service desk.
Guests who require interpreting services for arena events must contact the Event Coordinator within two weeks of the scheduled event.
Service animals for the disabled are permitted in CenturyLink Center. If accommodations are required for your service animal, please notify us at the time of your ticket purchase.
Emergency Evacuation Procedures
Designated CenturyLink Center ushers and other personnel have been trained in proper procedures for emergency preparedness. These designated staff members will have the primary duty of assisting guests with disabilities to specific locations.
Smoking is not permitted inside the building. There are two accessible smoking balconies located outside the food court areas.
The Christus Schumpert First Aid Station can be found on the Main Concourse Level in the southeast corner outside Section 110.
Public restrooms are accessible to our guests with disabilities.
All concession stands are accessible at CenturyLink Center. If guests with disabilities require assistance at any service area, please notify the nearest staff member.
Accessible telephones are located on the Main Concourse in the northwest corner outside Section 102. A TDD/TTY telephone is located on the Main Concourse in the southwest corner outside Section 102.
