Centertainer Membership Information

Why should I buy a Centertainer Membership?
The benefits of the program are many. If youíre a business, looking for the perfect way to thank clients or reward employees, a Centertainer membership could be just the ticket! Youíll always have tickets to distribute to any show that is held at the CenturyLink Center.

For individual, or familyís interested in a membership, this is a great way to get together and enjoy concerts, family shows, sporting events and more without the hassle of waiting for public on sales or waiting in lines for tickets.

What are the benefits of the Centertainer Program?

  • Beat the crowd! Your membership allows you the opportunity to purchase up to eight (8) tickets per event, PRIOR to public sale*, and for every event you come to, youíll receive one hang tag VIP parking pass for yourself and one paper pass for your clients.
  • Convenient ticket ordering! Order tickets on our new online ordering system. No more waiting in lines or online trying to get tickets. We do all the work for you prior to the public ticket buy.

***Excludes show holds on seats, and is subject to promoter approval.

 
How much does the Centertainer Membership cost?
$895.00 per year. Thatís about $75 per month for a program that allows you to thank important customers, or reward employees for a job well done with the opportunity to buy great tickets to some of the best entertainment in the country. Itís a terrific value.

What is the refund policy?
The annual membership fee is non-refundable.

What if I donít want to BUY TICKETS?
The price of a membership is fixed. It is your option to buy tickets to events.

Does my membership include event tickets?
The membership does not include tickets, but the option to purchase them in advance PRIOR to the general public.

Will I get good seats?
Absolutely. Excluding promoter holds, you will receive tickets in favorable locations in the lower level that are afforded to the facility by the show producer/promoter. You will not receive seating on the balcony or event floor.

Do I get the same seat for each event?
No. Each event is individual. Seats are assigned in the sequence of which each ticket order is received.

How will I find out about upcoming events?
You will receive notification via e-mail. The notification will name the event, ticket price and deadline for your order. If you do not order by the deadline, you may not get a ticket to the event.

NOTE: There may be instances where you have only a few days to place your order.

What price will my tickets be for shows with multiple ticket prices?
The price of the tickets will be featured on the notification sent to you.

How do I pay for the Tickets?
You may order your tickets with a credit card online. Cash is accepted only for orders being placed in person. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover charge cards. Ticket Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.

Can I buy more tickets to events?
For every paid Membership, you can buy UP TO 8 tickets PRIOR to public sale. If you want to purchase additional tickets, you will need to buy multiple memberships, or buy them after they go on sale to the public. (Limit 3 memberships per household/business).

Can I buy my tickets so that I can sit near other members?
Yes, if your orders and payments for tickets are submitted simultaneously. Seats are assigned in the order in which payment is received.  

Can I re-sell the tickets that I purchase on third party ticketing websites?
No.  To help ensure fair access to face value tickets, any member found selling tickets purchased through the program above face value will be subject to membership termination with no refund.


Parking

Where will I park at the CenturyLink Center?
As a member, you will receive a VIP parking pass each time you order tickets through the program that will allow you to access our VIP Reserved Lot in Parking Lot A.
