REFUND POLICY (Icon Entertainment Rescheduled Events):

1.)  Tickets Purchased via www.ticketmaster.com:

Your Tickets will automatically be valid for the new date.  If you are unable to make the new date, you may request a refund for up to 30 days from the date of the announcement of the rescheduled date.   Notification of the rescheduled date has been sent to you at the email you provided to ticketmaster at the time of your purchase.  After 30 days from the notification email, refunds will no longer be granted.

 

Refunds are not eligible for tickets that were purchased after the announcement of the rescheduled date.

 

2.)  Tickets purchased at the b1Bank Box Office (at CenturyLink Center):

Your Tickets will automatically be valid for the new date.  If you are unable to make the new date, you may request a refund for up to 30 days from the date the b1Bank reopens from the Covid-19 shut down.  You must bring your tickets to the box office for a refund.  After 30 days from the date the Box Office reopens, refunds will no longer be granted.

 

Refunds are not eligible for tickets that were purchased after the announcement of the rescheduled date.


3) Tickets Purchased through another source:

CenturyLink Center does not recommend event tickets be purchased through any source other than ticketmaster.com or at our B1Bank Box Office.  If you have purchased tickets through an alternate source, contact them for their refund policy.
