We’re hiring in several of our departments for event based part-time positions.

Interviews will be given on-the-spot on Wednesdays from 10AM – 2PM for qualified candidates.

Available Part-Time Positions Include:

Catering Attendant: Must be able to converse with customers regarding menu, wines, and dressings. Must be able to deliver, and present food to clients in a professional and efficient manner. Operations Supervisor: Assist with all aspects of operations including event coordination, building maintenance, engineering, audio/visual services, grounds maintenance, event staffing, setups and changeovers (changeovers will be supervised by this position), building security, fire and life safety and customer service. Ticket Seller: Process single ticket sales at the box office and assist with group sales when requested. Answer questions concerning admission fees, fares, schedules, reservations, coming attractions and ticket policies. Exchange tickets and process tax credits for box office patrons. Operations Staff: Responsible for the conversion from event to event. Work involves, but not limited to, moving equipment, setting up equipment such as stages, basketball floor, hockey dasher walls and some forklift operation. Guest Experience Representative: Provide the primary level of guest assistance throughout the venue. Required to have a thorough knowledge of building policies and procedures and event requirements. Distribute venue information and updates. Serve as ticket taker and/or usher distributing programs and escorting patrons to their appropriate seats. Bartender:  This is a flexible position designed for anyone that has occasional evening and weekends available to work. Events range from concerts, Broadway type shows, & sporting events. The ideal candidate will have the relevant bartending, customer service, and cash handling experience. Click for more details and to apply.

Housekeeping: Conducts all cleaning duties, including sweeping and vacuuming carpets, sweeping, mopping and waxing floors, trash pick-up and removal, cleaning toilets and urinals, cleaning and shining mirrors, cleaning walls and trash cans, cleaning arena seats, dusting furniture, etc. Control of housekeeping equipment, including but not limited to brooms, mops, buckets and wringer, toilet brushes, garbage bags, push brooms, cleaning cloths, gloves, mask and cleaning solutions, etc. Click for more details and to apply.

Cook: The position is Part-Time event based and requires a flexible schedule, which includes some weekends and holidays. With a heavy event schedule upcoming, we are looking for both line and prep cooks. The primary duties of Cook position is to work in the main kitchen areas preparing food items for the facility. Audio Visual Technician: Under general supervision of Technical Services Manager, assists in work assignments for all technical aspects of the facility. May also report to Technical Services Lead as well when Technical Services Manager is unavailable. Click for more details and to apply.
